In an effort to encourage the legions of CFC followers to post their times and integrate into our family, we have opened a CFC Facebook site.  Please use this forum to post your times, thoughts, make fun of Dave K, or whatever.  Since our community extends far beyond the Coronado zip code, I thought a more open forum would encourage greater participation. Saturday Workout

We will be holding our Free Introductory Workout for those people with no CrossFit experience from 11-12 pm on Saturday. If you have been curious as to what the CrossFit buzz is all about, here is your chance.  All exercises and workouts are scalable to match any fitness level.

We will be holding Open Gym for our members from 10-11am.
