We'll be meeting at Nicky Rottens at 5:30 for dinner/drinks and then heading over to the North Island bowling alley around 6:30 for bolwing at 7. Cost is $20 for bolwing (shoes/lanes/drinks). Friends are welcome but please sign up on the sheet at the gym as soon as possible so we reserve the right number of lanes! Be ure to be at Nicky Rottens by 6:30 if you need a ride on base.

Function for Life class on Mondays & Wednesdays at 8am
We have customized a new class geared towards those looking to maintain strength, balance, coordination, and general function in life. This class will stress the importance of proper movement in everyday situations. Class is free for January so feel free to invite a neighbor, coworker, friend, etc.
